The Independent Study and Mentorship (ISM) program is a meticulous course, which requires time and precision towards a specific career choice. Students who want to take ISM must go through an application process followed by an interview. Those who are selected into the course are required to conduct research into a career choice that they desire. Once the selection of the career is over, students must find a few professionals who attain the characteristics of a mentor who stands out. Once the list of professionals is narrowed down,the students choose a mentor they will work with for the entire year. Through their meetings with the mentors, students will gain more knowledge and research, which will be used to create a final product for their final presentation at the end of the year.
