Research Showcase Week

Last week in ISM, I finished my entire display board, and got everything set up for the research showcase that we have this week. Getting the display board all finished up was a bit of a struggle primarily because there were so many different ways to approach the task, but eventually I completed it, and I am proud of the outcome. I also got my mentor's bio for the display board and his approval and opinion of my board. On Wednesday this week, we have the research showcase, and although I am kind of nervous about what is going to happen at the event, I am excited to see everyone else's boards and presentations. I am ready to get the experience, and I have already handed out most of my invitations as well. Other than the research showcase, we also have a research assessment due at the end of the week. I am yet to find an article for my assessment this week, and I have not done a research assessment in a while so I am going to have to see how it goes. Overall, I hope this week is a successful and a great learning experience from ISM.
